Muthanna Province is the last province in the southern Iraq, and reached by the momentum of the visitors of Arba'een of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) having still five days to reach their destination..

The visitors coming from the southern provinces of Iraq walking towards the holy city of Karbala to perform the rituals of Ziyarat Arba'een of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), their momentum has reached the province of Muthanna on Wednesday 12th Safar 1437 AH corresponding to the 25th of November, 2015 and they still have to walk for five days to reach their destination; Karbala after approximately 250 km.
During these five days they will pass through many areas, namely: Samawah, Warka', Rumeytha, Taboo, Hamza, Sadeyr, Diwanyah, Saniyah, Talee'a, Qassem, Jarbou'iyah, Diblah, Al-Hillah, Tahmaziyah, Twayreej district and then Karbala.
A large number of the people of this province have joined the flood of Arba'een, while others have stayed to provide the services to the visitors expected untill tomorrow and the day after tomorrow.
The representation of Hussayni processions in Muthanna province of the Department of the Hussayni processions in Iraq and in the world at the two holy shrines of Imam Al-Hussayn and Al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them), has confirmed that the number of the processions that have provided the service to the visitors walking towards Karbala within the administrative border of the province of Al-Muthanna, has reached 1400 service procession, and 330 mobile service association have participated along the way to provide services to the visitors.
