Planning and Human Development Department holds a course entitled: Audit Quality Management System..

Planning and Human Development Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has set up in collaboration with the National Center for Management Development and information Technology at the Ministry of Planning, a special course of Audit Quality Management System Iso 9001 to the employees of the holy shrine, and this was at the hall of the compound of the Master of martyrs (peace be upon him) of the holy shrine of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him). This session comes in the framework of the contract between the mentioned center and the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine to implement a range of courses in quality management.
The supervisor of the session; Mr. Abdulrahman Ali from the mentioned center explained to Al-Kafeel Network, the following: "The internal audit cycle that we are holding today to complement the previous sessions that were as a conceptual introductory and a sensibilisation of the Iso 9001. And after seeing the needed documentation, there is a full understanding by the trainees so we move to the next phase; the teaching of internal audit skills as we need in every quality management system a measuring process, which comes through the establishment of internal audits and implementation, including the criteria for the audit for choosing the audit team, documentation and the support of the senior management."
Adding: "This session included several topics, such as: What is the audit process? How it is conducted? Who are the people conducting it? What are their qualifications? and How the audit subject is chosen?... And the internal audit is very important to evaluate the system so the senior management knows through the internal audit report the state of the institution, in order to take the right decisions based on this report. The aim of this session is to prepare the internal auditors so they can measure the quality management system that will be established in the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine -InshaAllah-"
Noting: "There were 15 trainees from the holy shrine who undertook during two weeks this session by four hours per day, and we hope thay have benefited from it and maybe there will be other more practical courses in the future."
It is worth mentioning that the planning and human development department holds constantly many courses and workshops in various fields in order to develop the kills and expertise of the employees of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine.
