The final stage of glazing the ceiling's inner surface of the shrine of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas's (peace be upon him)..

The working staff in the expansion project of the shrine of Aba Al-Fald Al-Abbas (peace be upon him) started the roofing works, with the last and final finishing phase of the project; glazing its secondary ceilings by stained glass that is artistically cut.
This phase included the confined space between the gates of Imam Ali and Imam Al-Hassan (peace be upon both of them), the northern side of the holy shrine; the Qibla of the sanctuary of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him).
These glazing works needs time because they are performed with lot of precision and craftsmanship according to different measurements, sizes and shapes, as well as the large number of inscriptions and their artistic complexity. The works of gluing them to the ceiling are done manually using special resins that need expertise to handle it.
This phase just like any other previous phases, does not include only the glazing works but also patterns drawing and dying some areas that need chromatic configuration with the glass pieces, whether in columns, upper parts of the walls of the domes according to the design plan set for it. The mirror pieces are characterized by numerous specifications, as they are Belgian and with high quality standards, their color is steady and resistant to the harshest conditions, the thickness is up to 2 mm, cut by using the CNC technique. It was taken into account in the selection of the colors and forms, the harmony and symmetry with the architecture of the holy sanctuary and the landmarks of the holy shrine in a contemporary and modern way.
