One year after the completion of the project of Al-Kafeel women Radio and Al-Kafeel Institute of information technology and development of personnel skills, both of the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, coming within the scope of its project and future aspirations, especially the intellectual and cultural affairs.
The building consists of four floors, the ground floor dedicated to the administration, the first flour contains classrooms, the second floor is for the broadcast, recording and editing studios, and the last floor is of services, as it contains power and control stores and rooms, system of fire, extinction, early alarm, in addition to other systems such us the satellite systems, electronic surveillance cameras, and the system of the Internet and telephone exchange.

The building area is of 400m2, and it is located in the Al-Abbas (peace be upon him) street near the province building. It was designed to suit with the work of the radio and its specificities, as all the staff is fully of women. The ground and the first floor were dedicated to the unit of the Al-Kafeel Institute of the Information Technology and development skills and the unit of 3D Max of the division of the Internet, in addition to other units of the Radio Division. The second floor was dedicated to the classrooms of the Al-Kafeel Institute of the Information Technology and development skills, while the upper two floors, were dedicated to the two radios of Al-Kafeel and Ar-Rayaheen and other facilities, such as four radio studios, two for live broadcast and the two other for recording. Noting that the studios were designed with modern technologies that rely on sound digital technology.
