The Former Vice President of the Board of Deputies of one of the major states of India: Thank to the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine for disseminating the culture of Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them) in India..

A delegation from the Indian city of Lucknow had the honor to visit the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, led by the former vice president of the Board of Deputies of the state of Uttar Pradesh of the largest Indian states; Sayed Seraj Mahdi, and two of its noble members.
After performing the rituals fo the Ziyarat of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him). the delegation met with the High Responsible of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, Sayed Ahmed Al-Safi. The delegation has conveyed the greetings, gratitude and thanks of the people of Lucknow -the capital of the mentioned state- to Sayed Al-Safi and to the administration of the holy shrine for choosing their city in two years in orw to host the annual cultural festival for Tableegh, held annualy by the holy shrine in cooperation with the other Iraq's holy shrines, under the name of the cultural festival of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him), which has help in the dissemination of the correct Islamic culture, through the scientific conference, the religious book fair and the cultural competitions, which has raised the level of the religious culture of its population.
The delegation has presented many issues concerning the lovers and followers of Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them). And His Eminence has offered the help to solve some of the obstacles that hinder the movement of the Indian visitors coming to the holy shrines in Iraq at the airports.
The head of the delegation has also invited Sayed Ahmed Al-Safi to visit their city to lead a large congregational prayer of the followers of Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them), stressing on the importance of such prayer in strengthening the faith of the followers of Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and in giving them the spiritual strength to face the challenges they find in a mutli-religious and multicultural community.
