The Al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad takes the control of the main road between Mosul and Tal afar and cuts the last vital artery of the enemy.

The knights of the Al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad were able this Monday morning the 22nd of Jumada al-Ula 1438 AH corresponding to the 20th of February 2017 to impose full control over the main road between the right side of Mosul and Tal afar and the area of al-Sahaji after fierce battles with the terrorist ISIL gangs, cutting the last vital artery of the enemy. This brilliant progress comes in the second day in a row from the start of the operations "we are coming, O Nineveh" to liberate the right coast.

The Al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad has waged a fierce and violence battles towards the village of Sahaji, through which the Squad's forces have taken the control over the last vital artery of the enemy between the right side of Mosul and Tal-afar, resulting the destruction of a number of car bombs and inflicting the enemy great losses in lives and equipment.

It is worth mentioning that the forces of the Al-Abbas's (p) fighting squad were able yesterday Sunday to break into the area of 'Arbeed in record time to liberate the "burnt" hills near the village of Bakhira from the clutches of ISIL gangs, and took control over them.
