The Senior Official of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine visits the Academy of Institutional Development and praises its development programs.

Within the series of visits and tours made by the Senior Official of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, his eminence Sayed Ahmad al-Safi, he has recently visited the Academy of Institutional Development of the General Secretariat of the Shiites shrines in Iraq accompanied by its Secretary General Sheikh Sattar al-Jizani, and he has listened during a tour he made in the institutions to the provided training programs aiming to the development of the institutional work and ways of its advancement and progress."

The Academy Director, the International Coach Mohamad Jassim has explained: "The visit is conducted to get to know the programs of the General Secretariat of the Shiite shrines, most prominently at this stage, the start of the Academy of the institutional development. We have made an introduction about the academy identity, the nature of its work, the functions of its departments and the most prominent services provided in the field of the institutional development in addition to the future plans and projects. The meeting has also included the presentation of the activities and project that will hopefully be released by the General Secretariat of the Shiite shrines such as family counselling center, active learning center and others."

And he added: "At the end of the visit, the Senior official of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has expressed his happiness to witness the services provided by the Academy, praising the presented programs and plans, particularly as they fill the lack of such institutions in the Iraqi reality, stressing that Iraq needs at this stage to such centers that promote the institutional reality. He also indicated that in the coming days, there will be a cooperation and joint work with the General Secretariat of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine."

It is noteworthy that the Academy of Institutional Development, based in Najaf, aims to enable senior and middle management to lead their institutions professionally and provide creative advice applicable in all institutions, to enhance the national identity of Iraq and provide professional training programs according to international standards and the establishment of conferences and seminars to establish a culture of institutional development and provide research that can be a reference for all institutions.
