The Commander of the Federal Police has stated: What was provided by the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has contributed to raise the morale of our fighters during the liberation battles.

The Major General of the Federal Police; Ra`ed Shaker Jawdat has stated that What the support provided by the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine to our fighters has contributed to raise their morale while they were waging the war of the liberation against the terrorist ISIL gangs, thanks to the recommendations and directions of the Senior Official Sayed Ahmad al-Safi.

This statement was during his meeting with the Senior official of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine Sayed al-Safi at the al-Kafeel Specialist Hospital, after receiving the congratulations from His Eminence on the occasion of the great Iraqi victory which was achieved by the defeat of ISIL terrorism from the province of Mosul, praying at the same time for the souls of the martyrs who gave their lives for the sake of its liberation, and for the quick recovery of the wounded. Sayed al-Safi has also praised the courage and bravery shown by the members of the federal police during the battles they fought alongside the participating forces.

At the end of the meeting, the Major General Ra`ed Shaker Jawdat expressed his thanks and gratitude on behalf of all members and officers of the Federal Police Formations to His Eminence for his continuous support to the Federal Police during the battles waged for the liberation of the cities and areas controlled by the terrorist gangs.

Major General Jawdat has also presented the shield of the Federal police to the administration of the al-Kafeel Specialist Hospital received by its director Dr. Haidar al-Bahadli, and has expressed his thanks for the great services rendered in treating the wounded of the Federal Police who fell in the battlefields. These services were also fundamental in supporting the liberation of the cities from the control of the terrorism.

The Major General Jawdat has also visited the wounded of the Federal Police forces in the al-Kafeel Specialist Hospital and was briefed the medical and treatment services provided to them.

It is noteworthy that the al-Kafeel Specialist hospital as other institutions of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, has taken upon itself since the launch of the sacred defense fatwa, a number of matters that contribute to support the wounded fighters and work according to the possibilities to reduce their suffering and alleviate their burden, in compliance of the directives of the supreme religious authority and as part of its duty to the wounded fighters.
