Finishing the flooring of the added space to the Al-Joud court.

The Department of Engineering Maintenance and Construction in the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine stated that its staff had finished cladding the space added to the al-Joud court, located on the left side of Bab al-Qibla Street to the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him). The cladded area is estimated to 750 Square meters.
The supervisor of these works, Mr. Hassan Abdul Hussein, told Al-Kafeel Network: “These works were conducted after the completion of the demolition and removal of the buildings that were previously owned by the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, in the area between Al-Allawi Market Street and the Jomhouriya Street.”
He added: "These works came as a continuation of the previous works, such as establishing an integrated infrastructure network (electricity - sewage - communications - cameras - drinking water), in addition to installing a sidewalk that separates the added space from the street, while creating a space next to it of five meters that has been added to the main street, to increase the flow of visitors' movement."
Abdul Hussein pointed out that: “The works with the fence adjacent to the cladded area on the side of the adjacent markets, which is 72 meters long and consists of a part built with a hollow concrete block material and decorated with a metal clamp, have reached their final stages.”
