Starting the installation of a system to disinfect and sterilize the air leaving the corona treatment room.

Resident engineer Ammar Salah Mahdi confirmed that work is under way to install the air sterilization and purification system, which is extracted by the air ducts that are installed in the health areas of the lobby for the treatment of the novel Corona pandemic, which the engineering maintenance staff are working on to be part of the Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) medical city In the holy city of Karbala.
He added: "In order to ensure the general safety of the people who are in the surrounding areas of this hall, because it will be allocated to patients infected with the epidemic of corona, a system of several pieces has been installed distributed in the sides of the building, its mission is to sterilize the air produced by the air ducts installed on the building."
Emphasizing: "For the air that will be released from this system into the atmosphere to be 100% safe, then this will limit the transmission of infection and make the atmosphere completely healthy."
Noting: "This measure was taken as the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine is keen to implement all preventive measures to limit the spread of Corona virus."

He pointed out that these actions are carried out within the recommendations of the supervising bodies, which are represented by the Kafeel Specialized Hospital and the Medical Affairs Division at the Holy Shrine.
