The works of the first phase of the Hayat Fourth Lobby Building project in Karbala Governorate are continuing.

The staffs of the Engineering Maintenance Department at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine are still continuing their work to establish the Hayat Fourth Lobby in the holy city of Karbala, in the Zahra (peace be upon them) center for internal diseases within the medical city of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him).
This is according to what was indicated to the al-Kafeel network, by the engineer of the project; Mohamed Mustafa Al-Tawil, who added: "The first phase of the project, which has an area of ​​1000 square meters, included:
- Creating and cleaning the floor of the project.
- Determining and defining the area allocated to the lobby.
- Removing a layer of soil on which the project will be built with a depth of (50 cm).
- Laying a base layer consisting of large gravel.
- Laying a layer of sand mixed with fine gravel.
He explained: "All materials used for construction are subject to engineering tests approved in the implementation of such projects, and it is the 'Ata site of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine that provided 500 cubic meters of all materials."
Al-Tawil added: "The second part of this stage will include compressing these components in order to prepare them for other work parts, starting with the projection of the design plan, infrastructure works and pouring concrete."
Al-Tawil stressed: "The project area, according to its initial plans prepared by the beneficiary of the project, will be in two parts. The first is clinics with laboratories, and the second part is dedicated to treating people with the Corona epidemic."
