The works of the Fifth Hayat building in the capital, Baghdad, are proceeding with steady steps.

The Engineering Maintenance Department at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine declared that its staff working on the Fifth Hayat Building project, which is implemented within the area of ​​Ibn Al-Qaf Hospital in the capital Baghdad, are making exceptional and unparalleled efforts, in order to complete this project as quickly as possible, and given the space allocated to the project, we decided to divide it into parts, to ensure that the work progress in a sequential manner without any interruption. And thank God, the work is done accordingly and we spared no effort to achieve what we want.
This was confirmed to the al-Kafeel global network, by the engineer of the project, Karar Brihi, who added: "Despite all the circumstances from the high temperatures, our proximity to one of the insulation lobbies, the difficulty of access to materials and the lack of workers, the work is currently going on with steady steps, and it is continuing in all three parts of the project. "
Noting: "The first part, which is being built on an area of ​​(1377) square meters and includes (56) single rooms, is currently witnessing the work of installing the healthy cooling system (AIR FRESH), the completion of covering the bathrooms with ceramics and starting the work of fixing their walls. Also the electrical wiring work is nearing completion. Likewise, the work of covering this part with insulation materials has ended, and preparations are being made for dyeing and installing doors and windows. "
Brihi continued: "As for the second part, the walls have been covered with insulating pieces, and the work continues with the electrical wiring and the warning system, in addition to that, the work of covering its bathrooms has reached the completion rate of 60 %, with the completion of all infrastructure works and connections to the sewage transmission pipes and linking the liquefaction water. "
As for the third part, Engineer Karar indicated: "This part, which is being built on an area of ​​more than (1000) square meters and includes (19) rooms, witness the start of the work of covering the walls, while preparing for the work of electrical installations and attached systems."
