Exceptional efforts are being made to complete the seventh Hayat building in Babylon governorate to treat people with coronavirus.

The Department of Maintenance and Engineering Construction in the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine announced that its staff working in the seventh Hayat building in Babylon governorate to treat people with Coronavirus, are making exceptional efforts to complete this project within its planned timings and within its technical and medical specifications, despite the high temperatures and working near the quarantine lobby, in addition to the delay in the arrival of the materials needed by the project due to the preventive curfew, in addition to the small number of staff because the department is tasked with constructing other buildings in both Baghdad and Muthanna governorates.
This is what was confirmed to the al-Kafeel Global Network by the engineer of the project, Ammar Salah, adding: “Any work, if it is carefully planned in terms of implementation and distribution of works, this guarantees its continuity, and this is what our staff translated in this project or in other projects, as they gained experience in implementing such projects. "
He explained: “The work currently underway distributed over the three parts of the project, which total area is (3500) square meters, and includes (98) single rooms in addition to more than (25) medical, administrative and service rooms, as follows :
- The first part, which has an area of ​​(800) square meters and includes (42) single rooms: We have started installing sections (sandwich panels) for the bathrooms of its rooms, in addition to the electrical wiring and the alarm and fire system that execution reached more than 80%, and the work continues by installing sewage pipes, covering walls with insulating partitions, reaching their final stages.
- The second part, which has an area of ​​800 square meters and includes (42) single rooms, is witnessing the infrastructure work, including linking the wiring of bathrooms to the main conveyor lines.
- As for the third part, which contains (14) single rooms and (20) rooms for doctors, nurses, pharmacy and reception hall, in addition to bathrooms, which are built on an area of ​​(1100) square meters: The steel structure works have been completed and the percentage of the walls installation has reached more than 90%. "
