The number of service processions in Diwaniyah has exceeded 2382 processions.

The Department of Rituals and Hussayni Processions in the two holy shrines announced that the number of the service processions within the administrative borders of Diwaniyah province, participating in providing the free services to the visitors of Arba'een this year, has reached 2382 service processions registered within the database of the Department. Not to mention hundreds of Hussayniyat, residential houses and other unregistered processions that have opened their doors to the visitors."

Adding: "There are processions scattered on the road of the pilgrims in other provinces, as well as processions participating in providing their services inside the province of Karbala and on the roads leading to it."

He explained: "There are (485) processions that will participate with the rest of the processions in the provinces to provide their services in Karbala Governorate and on the roads leading to it."

Indicating: "This year, there is an early movement of the pilgrims walking towards Karbala. And that these processions did not work only on the service side, but also had medical services as a result of the repercussions of the Corona epidemic, in addition to their role in cooperating with the security and service authorities in the governorate, and after the visitors' journey in this governorate ends, the owners of these processions will go out and walk on the same road to have two honors: the honor of serving and the honor of Ziyarat."
