The Department of the Square between the Two Holy Shrines held a poetry celebration on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Lady az-Zahra (peace be upon her).

The Department of the Square between the Two Holy Shrines of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine held this evening, Wednesday, a poetry festival to celebrate the birth anniversary of the Lady of the Worlds' women; Lady Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon her).
The festival, which was held in the square between the Two Holy Shrines, was attended by a number of Husseini poets and Radoods, who chanted their love of the immaculate venerable lady Fatima and her holy family (peace be upon them all).
Regarding this festival, the head of the aforementioned department, Mr. Nafe' Al-Mousawi, explained to the al-Kafeel Global Network, saying: “This festival is held within the annual plan, drawn up by a Department of the Square between the Two Holy Shrines of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, to hold celebrations or mourning councils on the occasions of the births and martyrdom anniversaries of the infallible imams (peace be upon them), as well as the rest of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them). "
He added, "Our department is keen to revive the events of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), through poetry festivals or art exhibitions. And these activities have become an important part of our annual cultural curriculum."
