A medical team at Al-Kafeel Specialist Hospital announced its success in the operation of removing a tumor and implanting a bone in the lower jaw of a patient in his twenties.
The specialist in maxillofacial surgery at the hospital, Dr. Muammar Al-A'raji, stated: Our medical team has succeeded in the operation of removing an entire tumor from the lower jaw of a patient aged (26) years, as well as implanting artificial bone in place of the damaged bone in the jaw.
Dr. Al-A'raji added: We carry out these operations using modern techniques provided by the hospital, pointing to the presence of a capable medical team and a team of distinguished anesthesiologists at the hospital.
