Resumption of Program Courses (A Rescuer in Every Home).

The Al-Kafeel Academy for Paramedics and Medical Training, affiliated with the Department of Development and Sustainable Development, resumed its courses of the program (A Rescuer in Every Home) for a number of employees of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, in the hall of the Sheikh Al Kulayni Service Complex.
The coach of the morning course, Captain Saif Abbas, said: "The aim of the course is to prepare effective first aid personnel to serve the community, to be able to deal with critical and urgent cases."
He added, "One of the most important topics covered by the course is cardiopulmonary resuscitation for adults, children and infants, choking, and the prevention of infectious diseases."
For his part, Captain Amir Rashid said, "The training program is concerned with teaching the trainees the skills of preserving life, according to a plan that was developed to train employees of the departments of the Holy Shrine who have direct contact with the visitors, to ensure the correct intervention to cases that need urgent health care."
He continued, "The program is divided into a theoretical side and a practical one, with the participation of (8) trainees in one session, in order to be able to train them practically and test their rescue and medical aid skills."
