Al-Ameed University implements a vaccination campaign for its staff against the Covid-19 virus.

Al-Ameed University implemented a vaccination campaign for its teaching and professional staff against the Covid-19 virus, in cooperation with the Karbala Health Department / the health care sector at Al-Ghadeer Health Center.

The vaccination process was conducted for the university’s staff with doses of the American company (Pfizer) vaccine after coordination with the Governorate Health Department, as the first batch of (60) doses was given.

The rest of the doses will be completed successively during the coming days, to include all teaching and functional staff, as well as university faculties’ students.

It is noteworthy that Al-Ameed University had held several workshops and scientific lectures, as well as other activities since the spread of the epidemic in Iraq until today, as part of its endeavor to actively participate in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic.
