Covering the gate of Imam Ali al-Hadi (peace be upon him) with the streaky Karbalai Kashi.

The cladding works of the gate of Imam Ali al-Hadi (peace be upon him), located in the north-eastern part of the courtyard of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) from the inside, has reached advanced stages as they are proceeding according to the designs prepared for it that are architecturally consistent with its entrances main.

The Head of the Engineering Projects Department at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, Engineer Dea' Majeed al-Sa'egh, told Al-Kafeel Network, "These works are part of the project of linking the gates overlooking the Holy Shrine (which were formerly its main gates), with the main entrance and making them one part. Starting from the entrance and ending with the old door adjacent to the holy courtyard Iwans, in harmony with the architectural fabric of the Holy Shrine.”

He added: "The cladding works with the streaky Karbalai Kashi occupies an artistic and aesthetic space from this gate. These works started after all the preliminary works were completed, the most important of which was the construction of a wiring network for integrated systems of electricity, acoustics, alarm, fire and others. The cladding works are now proceeding according to what was planned, and have reached advanced stages.”
