Mourning processions flock to the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas to extend condolences on the death anniversary of his mother, Umm al-Baneen (peace be upon them both)

Hussayni mourning processions from inside and outside the province of Karbala flocked to the shrine of the banner-bearer of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) and the beloved son of Umm al-Baneen (peace be upon her); Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), to offer their condolences to him on the death anniversary of his mother; lady Umm al-Baneen (peace be upon her), which coincided this morning, Monday (13 Jumada al-Thaniyah 1443 AH) corresponding to (January 17, 2022), in revival and glorification of the rites of God Almighty by reviving the occasions of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and everything related to them.

The movement of the processions was according to a plan drawn up by the Hussayni Rites and Processions Department of the two holy shrines, starting from their starting point and concluding with the last mourning station.

The processions carried banners of sadness while repeating expressions and poems of elegy, highlighting the virtues of Umm al-Baneen (peace be upon her) and the dignity and status that God Almighty bestowed upon her. This venerable lady occupies a high position and special status in the hearts of the lovers and followers of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).
