Important for visitors.. How to find any missing or lost in the Ziyarat Arba'een

The committee supervising the guidance centers for the lost and missing at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine revealed the way to find any missing or lost during the Ziyarat Arba'een.

The executive director of the project, Mr. Montazer al-Safi, said that "the guidance centers for the lost and missing work with an electronic program, which is a database in which the data of each missing person (name, age, address, etc.) are entered".

He added that "the information is constantly updated and taken from the badges that are provided to the visitor or directly from the people who visited the nearest center to guide the lost and missing, to report the loss of one of their relatives, and this information is circulated to all centers scattered on all axes of the city of Karbala from the province of Babylon, Najaf and Baghdad".

"Information can also be taken from the visitors' use of the technology to guide the lost in the Haqeebat al-Mo'min Application, which depends on taking the visitor's facial fingerprint, explaining that "the information of the missing can be viewed by any visitor, through large display screens placed at the entrance of each Center, in addition to a loudspeaker device".

According to the executive director of the project, "all the guidance centers for the lost and missing in the Al-Abbas's (p) shrine work with each other on the one hand, and with other centers established by the Imam al-Hussayn's (p) holy shrine and the Centers for the missing in the province of Najaf on the other hand, and are linked to a unified central control room".

"All the centers have been provided with vehicles to transport the lost and missing to their relatives as soon as they are identified by them, and in case they are not identified, they are hosted in special places," he stressed.

To inquire about any case, al-Safi advised, " to contact the control room of the missing and lost centers and inquire about any case, this is possible through the following toll-free numbers that receive calls throughout (24 hours), namely (174) from all governorates of Iraq and (6674) from the province of Najaf only.
