Maqam Department intensive efforts to serve the visitors of Arba'een

The staffs of the Department of the Maqam of Sahib al-Zaman (may Allah hasten his holy reappearance) continue their intensive efforts to serve the visitors of the Arba'een of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him).

The assistant to the head of the Maqam Department, Hadi Mahdi al-Hanoun, said that " our staff divided its services into security and organizational, by inspecting and organizing the mechanism of entry of visitors, and securing the perimeter of the Maqam through foot security patrols, up to the Maqam of Imam Ja'far as-Sadeq (peace be upon him)".

"There are other services represented by medical detachments to treat emergency cases and missing persons centers, as well as distributing water and ice to processions and visitors," he added.

For his part, the official of the Sahib al-Zaman volunteer authority, Hamid al-Shawi, said, "We have started, in cooperation with the staff of the Sahib al-Zaman Department, to organize the traffic of visitors on the Sahib al-Zaman Bridge, and their entry to the terraces at the holy Maqam to serve the visitors of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him)," pointing out that "the number of volunteers is more than 140 volunteers."
