In commemoration of the Holy Prophet¨s martyrdom anniversary, the people of Karbala intend to organize a unified condolence procession

The people of the province of Karbala intend to be organized in a unified condolence procession, to extend the condolence to the Commander of the Faithful; Imam Ali ibn Abi Taleb (peace be upon them) on the martyrdom anniversary of the great holy Prophet (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household).

Mr. Hashim Sadeq al-Haddad, from the procession of the people of Karbala, said that "the people of the Karbala intend to be organized in a unified condolence procession, to extend their condolence to the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him) on the martyrdom anniversary of his cousin the great holy Prophet Mohammad (Allah's prayers be upon him and be upon his holy Household), corresponding to the twenty-eighth of the month of Safar".

He added that" this procession has a long history, as the Hussayni processions of Karbala are united in a great condolence procession heading towards Najaf, "noting that "the people of Karbala continue to revive and recall the occasions of the people of the House of the Prophet, whether in or outside Karbala, including the commemoration of this sad anniversary, which is the martyrdom anniversary of the great holy Prophet Mohammad (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household).

It is noteworthy that this condolence procession is an annual tradition that the people of arbala used to hold, to commemorate the occasions of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), and it consists of an elite of processions and Hussayni bodies in Karbala, in addition to a group of people from the province.
