Al-Kafeel university holds a condolence council in commemoration of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Ali al-Hadi (peace be upon him)

Al-Kafeel university, affiliated to the Higher Education Authority at the Al-Abbas's (p) Hoyl Shrine, held a condolence council in commemoration of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Ali al-Hadi (peace be upon him).

The council began with a beautiful recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by the reader Dhu'l-Faqqar al-Sa'bari, after which Sheikh Abdullah al-Dujaili ascended the minbar.

Al-Dujaili discussed in the council the Biography of Imam Ali al-Hadi (peace be upon him) and how he faced the tyranny of the rulers in his time, while explaining their injustice and oppression, until poison was put in the Imam's food, as happened to his venerable fathers (peace be upon them).

The council concluded with the reading of sad Husseini poems and Lamentations, which simulate the incident and the great tragedy that left great sorrow and pain in the hearts of believers.
