The delegation of the Al-Abbas's(p) holy shrine in Syria organized condolence councils amid the atmosphere of sadness and sorrow, at the holy shrine of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her) on her death anniversary.
"The activities of the delegation of the holy shrine in Syria included the establishment of condolence councils on the occasion of the death anniversary of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her)," said the assistant deputy secretary general of the Al-Abbas's (P) shrine; Sayed Mortadhaa Hussein Zaini.
"The councils will continue for three days after the noon prayers starting on Monday, and will be held in cooperation with the administration of the Lady Zaynab's (p) holy shrine," he added.
Zaini explained that "these condolence councils deal with aspects and stations of the biography of the great Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her), and what she provided to support the renaissance of her brother Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), and how she was able to convey her message to all the lovers of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them)."
The condolence councils organized by the delegation of the holy shrine witnessed a large presence of mourners at the holy shrine, in addition to providing a number of services to visitors to the shrine of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her), including providing meals on a daily basis.
