The Scientific Complex participates in the International Exhibition of the Holy Quran

The Scientific Complex of the Holy Quran affiliated to the Al-Abbas's (P) Holy Shrine participated in the second international exhibition of the Holy Quran, which is being held by the general secretariat of the Imam al-Hussayn's (p) Holy Shrine.

The Complex was represented in this participation by its Printing Center of the Holy Quran.

The Scientific Assistant to the head of the Complex; Dr. Liwa Abdul Hassan Attia, said that "the Center participated by displaying manuscripts of the Holy Qur'an and its printed treasures, especially what distinguished the Center by printing the first Qur'an with the hand of the Iraqi calligrapher (Hamid al-Saadi), believing in providing a sound Quranic environment targeting all groups, and making Quranic generations armed with the dear book of Allah and Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them)."

For his part, the director of the Center; Sheikh Dia' Uddin al-Zubaidi, said that "the Center displayed the six editions of the Holy Quran, in addition to displaying a calligraphic Qur'an with the fingers of visitors, which we called the Qur'an (fruit of the Arba'een), and some rare copies such as the Qur'an (Mohammed Amin al-Rushdi), which was printed in the seventies of the last century, which is a rare copy, and a manuscript Qur'an by a calligrapher (Mohammed Shawki), and a rare Moroccan Qur'an printed in the Seventies also with Moroccan drawing."

According to al-Zubaidi, the pavilion of the Center attracted the attention of visitors to the difference of the Qur'an, its diversity, style and font of the Qur'an, in addition to the Center's ability to prepare the Qur'an and its possession of the precious manuscripts and Qur'ans printed around the world".
