The Fatwa of the Supreme Religious Authority of the "Jihad Kifa'i" between the defence and the impulsivity..

The Supreme Religious Authority has accustomed us on its firm stand in front of the various calamities and misfortunes that afflict this injured patient people.
And today as the Iraq of prophets and masters, Iraq of the owner of the time (may Allah hasten his reappearance) passes through the darkest circumstances, the Supreme Religious Authority represented by Sayed Ali Sistani has issued a historical fatwa of the "Jihad Kifa'i" to repel the onslaught waged by a handful of criminals who "They do not observe toward a believer any pact of kinship or covenant of protection. And it is they who are the transgressors." (9:10).

Here we should pay attention and differentiate between the concepts of defence and implusivity, the first one is reasonably and religiously praised, while the impulsivity is vilified and causes doom and loss. Consequently at this time all stakeholders should work together to sustain the momentum of morals in the hearts of young Mujahid believers, however, this moral rush should be well directed far away from recklessness and irrationality, so it does not get emptied from its holy contents.
