The Service Affairs Department starts an extensive campaign to clean the vicinity of the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine

The Service Affairs Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine started on an extensive campaign to clean up the vicinity of the holy shrine after the end of the Ziyarat Arba'een of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him).

The assistant head of the Department, engineer Abbas Ali, said that"the department began to implement its expanded campaign after the end of the Ziyarat Arba'een to clean the area around the shrine of the Master Aba al-Fadl Abbas (peace be upon him), after the marquees of the service processions that were present during the Ziyarat period were removed, followed by the process of removing waste, washing the area and preparing it for other works".

He added that "the cleaning and washing works will include the Bab Qibla square of the Master Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), passing through the service stations within the outer wall of the Holy Shrine, such as the Safe locks and what is adjacent to them, in addition to the stands and others to show the place in the best way".

He added that "the department continues to work around the clock by providing various services to visitors, including providing healthy drinking water, and keeping visitors 'bags and belongings in safe locks in order to facilitate their performance of the Ziyarat rituals smoothly".
