The Media Department organizes a workshop on cultural identity for a delegation from Dhi Qar

The Media Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine organized a workshop on the importance of cultural identity in preserving human values, as part of a training program prepared for the delegation of the Dhulamat Aal-Mohammad Cultural Center in Dhi Qar governorate.

The program is supervised by the media training center of the Department.

The lecturer at the workshop and assistant to the head of the Department; Sayed Jassam al-Saidi, said that"the workshop dealt with the importance of cultural identity in preserving the values of Man and clarifying the risks that the country may be exposed to if the identity disappears, as well as giving mechanisms on how to preserve it".

"In the workshop, we reviewed some identity dissappearing stations in many regions of Iraq and elsewhere, and touched upon the opinion of the supreme religious authority about cultural identity and how it is the biggest dangers that Iraqis may face in the future,"he added.

In turn, the director of the Training Center; Sayed Ali Fadl Kadhem, said that" the department has prepared a training program that included a set of workshops and lectures on (critical thinking, administrative and functional correspondence, cultural identity, writing for social networking sites, public relations, cyber security), "noting that"the program aims to strengthen ties and build bridges of communication between the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine and other institutions, and prepare as many young people as possible according to the Iraqi national identity."
