In cooperation with the procession of the Two Holy Shrines, the Askariyayn Shrine holds a banquet in its Holy Courtyard

The Holy Shrine of Imam al-Askari and Imam al-Hadi (peace be upon them), in cooperation with the procession of the holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and al-Abbas (peace be upon them), held a banquet in its holy courtyard for visitors on the anniversary of the coronation of the heir to the guardianship, Imam al-Hujjah Ibn al-Hassan (may Allah Almighty hasten his holy reappearance).

Sayed. Mustafa al-Husseini, supervisor of the Hospitality Department at the Holy Shrine of Imam al-Hadi and Imam al-Askari (peace be upon them), said that the banquet was held in cooperation with the procession of the holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and al-Abbas (peace be upon them) and included (8) thousand meals.

He explained that one of the activities of the holy shrine is to hold an annual food banquet in the holy courtyard for visitors on the anniversary of the coronation of the Master of the Order and Time; the expected Imam al-Mahdi (may Allah hasten his holy reappearance).

The banquet, which was held in the presence of a wide audience of visitors, comes in celebration of the Blessed anniversary of the coronation of the Master of the Order and Time, the expected Imam al-Mahdi (may Allah Almighty hasten his holy reappearance).
