With the vigour of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him), the fighters of his combat squad prove their heroism in the liberation of "Jorf As-Sakhr"..

With the vigour and the determination of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him), the fighters of the Al-Abbas (p) combat's squad have shown heroic epics in the battles for the liberation of "Jorf As-Sakhr alias Jorf An-Nassr", called "Ashura operations," during which they had the privilege of participating along with the security forces and the volunteers of the popular mobilization that have answered the call of the religious authority to defend the homeland, its precious soil and its sanctities to fight against the terrorist organizations and armed groups that wreaked havoc and destroyed the province.

The supervisor of the squad; Mr. Maytham Al-Zaydi explained to the Al-Kafeel Network: "Despite the recent formation of the squad and the lack of its equipment, but it included within its battalions faithful men with strong belief, courage and patience, which were the weapon with which we have fought God's enemies, as our forces were present before the liberation operations of Jorf An-Nasr, and during this period, they had the opportunity to adapt and adjust with the area.
And, after a series of operational meetings with commanders and supervisors, we had the responsibility to cut the supply route from the terrorist gangs, that was close to the Al-'weysat village, and also prevent the terrorists to access the Al-Fadilyah, Al-Farisiyah and Sandij areas."

Mr. Al-Zaydi continued: "Praise be to God, with the blessings of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him), as witnessed all security leaders, our fighters had a clear impact that nobody denies for their distinctive heroism, great energy and high spirit ...

During this operation, the Al-Abbas (p) combat's squad presented a number of its heroes as martyrs on the road of true faith, noting that this operation was successful as it inflicted the terrorists by killing dozens of them and destroying a lot of their weapons and equipment, as well as the escape of dozens to other areas."
