Al-Abbas's (P) Shrine launches the central graduation ceremony for Iraqi university students

The division of Al-Kafeel women's religious schools at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine launched on Thursday the central graduation ceremony for Iraqi university students (the sixth batch of Al-Kafeel Girls).

The events of the ceremony held by the division of Al-Kafeel women's religious schools at the Al-Abbas's(p) holy shrine, under the slogan: (from the light of Fatima we illuminate the world), were launched at the Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas's (P) complex to serve visitors, with the participation of more than (1000) female students from the provinces of central and southern Iraq, as well as those who joined them from outside the country.

The ceremony began with a beautiful recitation of verses from the holy Quran, followed by the reader Mariam Ihsan from the Al-Kafeel Institute of the holy shrine in Najaf, followed by reading the Fatiha Surah on the souls of the righteous martyrs of Iraq, listening to the national anthem, the anthem of the Al-Abbas's (P) holy shrine, in addition to a stand of solidarity of the students with the martyrs of Gaza and the Palestinian people.

The ceremony witnessed a speech by the official of the division, Mrs. Bushra al-Kenani, in which she welcomed the students participating in the events of the ceremony, especially foreign students from countries (Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Lebanon and Iran).

The first day of the sixth edition of the central ceremony includes several activities, including the presentation of an operetta (Abaya), an interactive ethical and cultural lecture dealing with several modern concepts, as well as a theatrical performance entitled (walls of happiness), in addition to Anasheeds and intellectual competitions, in addition to honoring the coordinators of the present governorates.

The central graduation ceremony for Iraqi university students (the sixth batch of Al-Kafeel Girls) is one of the largest festivals organized by the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, and seeks through it to provide moral motivation for graduating students, and to crown their educational career and start their working life from the Shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him).
