The procession of the people of Karbala commemorated the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Musa al-Kadhem (peace be upon him) at his holy shrine in the city of Kadhemiya.

The head of the Department of Hussayni Rituals and Processions in Iraq and the Islamic world affiliated to the holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and al-Abbas (peace be upon them); Sayed Aqeel al-Yasiri, said that "the two general secretariats of the holy shrines used to contribute to commemorating the occasions of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), including the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Musa al-Kadhem (peace be upon him) in the city of Kadhemiya, by preparing more than (70) buses that transported the procession of the people of Karbala of all its bodies to extend condolences on this sad occasion that saddened the hearts of the lovers of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them)".

The procession of the people of Karbala, upon arrival at the shrine of the two holy Imams (peace be upon them), held a condolence Council with the participation of a large number of mournful visitors, in which many Husseini poems and lamentations were delivered, which expressed the sad occasion.
