Al-Abbas's (P) Shrine sends the fourth aid convoy to the relief of the displaced Lebanese

The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine announced the dispatch of the fourth aid convoy to Syria, to the relief of the Lebanese displaced affected by the Israeli aggression.

"The fourth aid convoy sent by the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, as part of its relief campaign for the brotherly Lebanese people, includes a range of various materials and necessary supplies of food, logistics and medical supplies,"said the head of the Relief Committee of the holy shrine, Mr. Mohammed Al-Ashigar.

He added that"a large part of the aid comes with the support of the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine, in addition to the donations made by the faithful and the Husseini processions in response to the call of the supreme religious authority in Najaf, and the directives of the Senior Official of the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine; Sayed. Ahmad al-Safi, to do what contributes to alleviating the suffering of the Lebanese people and securing their humanitarian needs."

The Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine has harnessed its means to send urgent humanitarian assistance to the relief of the displaced and affected people there, in order to alleviate their suffering in light of the difficult conditions they are going through.

For his part, the director of the Office of the Senior Official of the holy shrine, Mr. Afdhal al-Shami, explained that "the convoy was equipped in coordination with the delegation of the holy shrine in Syria, who worked to identify the basic medical and logistical needs."

"This convoy will be followed by other convoys, according to a plan drawn up by the relief committee formed by the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine in coordination with government agencies in Iraq,"he added.

In the previous days, the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine launched three convoys carrying thousands of tons of aid, as part of its relief campaign, equipping a field hospital and another Mobile One, A team of specialized doctors, cars loaded with medicines and foodstuffs to distribute to Lebanese families, in addition to a central kitchen to prepare food for displaced families in shelter centers.
