The conference is held by the division of Al-Kafeel women's religious schools at the holy shrine, entitled "biography of the light Fatima az-Zahraa (peace be upon her) from her father to her sons"; on the occasion of the aupicious birth anniversary of Lady az-Zahraa (peace be upon her); in order to highlight her thought and values; through discussion of a set of scientific research, and in the presence of a number of hawza and academic figures from inside and outside Iraq.
Researchers from Iraq, Iran, Syria, Lebanon and Bahrain participated in the conference by presenting many papers about Lady az-Zahra (peace be upon her), and presented 117 papers to the scientific committee of the conference from inside and outside Iraq, in addition to libraries, while the number of accepted papers was 39.
The conference activities began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by the reader Narjis Qalandar, followed by the reading of Surah Al-Fatiha in memory of the righteous martyrs of Iraq, listening to the national anthem and the anthem of the Al-Abbas's (p) shrine (the Pride's Melody), followed by the speech of the division of Al-Kafeel women's schools delivered by the division's official, Mrs. Bushra al-Kenani.
The conference activities include several paragraphs, including the speech of the scientific committee delivered by Ms. Zahra al-Hashimi, in addition to two films presentation, the establishment of a condolence Council and the reading of Dua Tawassul.
The conference discusses a number of scientific researches that dealt with the thought of Lady az-Zahra (peace be upon her).
Through the festival of the spirit of Prophecy, the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine seeks to enrich the square with the heritage and thought of Lady Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon her).
