The Office of the Supreme Religious Authority renews its condemnation of the military aggression against Iran

The office of His Eminence the Supreme Religious Authority Sayed Ali al-Husseini al-Sistani issued a statement condemning the continuation of military aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Below is the text of the statement:

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
The supreme religious authority in Najaf Ashraf renews its strong condemnation of the continued military aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran and any threat to target its religious and political leadership. It warns that committing such a criminal act—besides its clear violation of religious and moral standards and its blatant breach of international norms and laws—forebodes severe consequences for the entire region, potentially leading to complete loss of control and widespread chaos that would increase the suffering of its peoples and harm everyone's interests to the greatest extent.

From this point, we appeal to all active international entities and countries of the world, especially Islamic countries, to exert their utmost efforts to stop this unjust war and find a fair and peaceful solution to the Iranian nuclear issue in accordance with the rules of international law.
