The Deputy Secretary-General of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, Engineer. Basheer Mohammed Jassim announces on the afternoon of Thursday 10th Dhu Al-Hijjah 1436 AH corresponding 24th September 2015 the end of the rituals of the Ziyarat of of the day of 'Arafah and the prayer of Eid al-Adha smoothly and without any significant problems.
Added: "From the holy shrines of Imam Al-Hussayn and his brother Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them) and with solemn hearts and in a spiritual atmosphere, the crowds of believers ended their worship rituals of the revival of the day and eve of 'Arafah and the Eid Al-Adha prayer, which is one of the ziyarat that attracted million in the holy shrines in Karbala."
Stressing out that: "As usual in each Ziyarat, all the staff of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine was in full alert to receive these blessed rites under intensive procedures in terms of services, logistics and at various levels, according to a plan prepared in advance, to provide the best possible facilities by the servants of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine to the thousands of visitors coming to the Ziyarat of the holy shrines in Karbala and from the various Iraqi provinces and the rest of the Arab and Islamic countries."
Noting: "The holy shrines of Imam Al-Hussayn and Al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them) and the area between them, were filled with large numbers of visitors that reached its peak on the afternoon of Wednesday 9th of Dhu Al-Hijjah 1436 AH corresponding to the 23rd of September, 2015, for performing the rituals of the day of 'Arafah. And among its important recommended acts the Ziyarat of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), which is equivalent to a thousand Hajj and a thousand 'Umrah on the day of 'Arafah as it is stated in the narrations, to be concluded by the Eid prayers, one of the rituals of Islam that is associated with a great worship: pilgrimage."
Adding: "For the large numbers of visitors that filled the holy shrine of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him), the Eid prayer was held more than once and lead by a number of virtuous clerics."
Engineer Basheer has stressed: "The staff of the holy shrine will continue providing their services in the coming days, to receive the visitors and it is expected to continue receiving visitors until Monday 13th Dhu Al-Hijjah 1436 AH corresponding to the 29th of September, 2015."
