The second day of the international conference on Sayed al-Mujahid and his scientific heritage featured a documentary film about his scientific career and the project to revive his heritage.
The conference is organized by the Sheikh Al-Tusi Center for Studies and Research, affiliated with the Supreme Authority for Heritage Revival, in collaboration with the Manuscript Photography and Cataloging Center, affiliated with the Intellectual and Cultural Affairs Department of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, and it will last for two days.
The film covered milestones in the scholarly and jihadist life of Sayed al-Mujahid, his lineage tracing back to a prominent scholarly family, as well as showcasing some of his most important works, and the efforts of Sheikh Al-Tusi Center and the holy shrine centers in reviving his heritage and publishing his works.
The film included a brief explanation of the two encyclopedias, "Al-Manahil" and "Sayed Al-Mujahid and His Scientific Heritage," which were unveiled during the first day's events of the conference, and displayed the titles of their volumes and the names of their authors.
The conference aims to commemorate the memory of Sayed Muhammad bin Ali bin Muhammad Ali Al-Tabatabai Al-Haeri, known as Sayed Al-Mujahid, to recall his intellectual journey, and to shed light on his scientific legacy.
