The procession of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine continues to provide its services to the visitors of the shrine of Imam Al-Kadhem (peace be upon him) on the anniversary of his martyrdom

The procession of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine continues to provide its services to the visitors of the shrine of Imam Musa al-Kadhem (peace be upon him) in the city of Kadhimiyah, Baghdad, on the occasion of his painful martyrdom.

The head of the holy shrine delegation, Mr. Khalil Mahdi Hannon, said: "The holy shrine's procession has become accustomed to providing its various services annually to the visitors of the shrine of Imam Musa al-Kadhem (peace be upon him) on the occasion of the anniversary of his painful martyrdom."

He added, "The procession continues to provide its services through two locations: the first on Sadiq al-Zaman Street (may God hasten his holy reappearance), and the other on Bab al-Murad Street. Coordination is underway with the Kadhemiyah Holy Shrine and the relevant authorities to open additional locations for the procession as the number of visitors increases."

He explained that "three main meals are provided daily for the visitors, in addition to intermediate meals," noting that "many departments of the holy shrine participate in providing various services."

He explained that "the Mechanisms Department contributes to the process of transporting visitors to and from the holy shrine, in addition to the work of the Services Affairs Department in supporting the service effort by preparing specialized vehicles for waste collection, as well as the Medical Affairs Department, which has set up medical units to provide healthcare to visitors, in addition to the participation of the Order Maintenance Department in supporting the organization of the flow of mourners."
