Mechanisms Department: Numerous field tasks by the garage division contribute to facilitating the work of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine

The Mechanisms Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine clarified the tasks and duties of the Garage Division in facilitating the works of the holy shrine.

The head of the department, Mr. Haitham Sahib Mutashar, said that "the department consists of three main units: the water tankers, which are responsible for supplying water to the sites and transporting it to the processions when needed, in addition to draining rainwater and addressing the effects of floods when they occur, and the transport unit, which transfers materials from the border crossings to the holy shrine sites."

He added that "the specialized mechanisms unit is working on leveling the lands belonging to the holy shrine and designated for the construction of new buildings and sites."

He confirmed that "these tasks are carried out within a comprehensive plan to ensure the smooth flow of work and support the projects and services provided to the visitors."
