On the occasion of the blessed Eid al-Ghadir.. The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine inaugurates the Family Oasis of Badr al-Dujah in the Southern Green Belt II

The Southern Second Green Belt Department of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine inaugurated the "Badr al-Duja" recreational oasis dedicated to families, coinciding with the auspicious occasion of Eid al-Ghadir.

The inauguration was attended by the Secretary-General of the Holy Shrine; Sayed Mustafa Murtada Aal Dia-Uddin, several members of its Board of Directors and officials, along with a gathering of Iraqi families.

The head of the department, Mr. Dhiab Ahmed Imran, said: "The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine inaugurated the Badr Al-Duja Family Oasis coinciding with the arrival of the blessed Eid al-Ghadir, covering an area of 8 dunams."

He added that the oasis opens its doors for free to Iraqi families, aiming to provide a complete natural and recreational outlet for visitors. He explained that it includes a variety of facilities and services, such as a parking lot, family seating areas with different designs, children's play areas, animal and flower gardens, in addition to vast green spaces and waterfalls, as well as designated areas for grilling fish and chicken.

Imran pointed out that the oasis includes a shopping center and a restaurant offering various Eastern, Western, and fast foods, in addition to stations for cold and hot beverages, and nurseries containing different types of plants in various varieties and sizes, contributing to providing a comprehensive recreational and service environment for Iraqi families.
