The Communications and Information Security Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine has begun installing guidance stations for the lost at the entry points to the city of Karbala, in preparation for the Arba'een pilgrimage.
The head of the department, Engineer Firas Abbas Hamza, said: The staff of the department's signaling unit have begun installing wayfinding stations at the entry points to the holy city of Karbala, in cooperation with the Roads and Bridges Directorate in the governorate.
He added that the Roads and Bridges Department has allocated fixed locations for these stations, with the aim of early preparation to provide services to the visitors of the Arba'een of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), and to avoid interfering with the service processions.
The lost person guidance stations form an important humanitarian window that reflects the spirit of solidarity and care that characterizes the services provided to the visitors of Arba'een.
