With a rapid and effective operation, the elite forces of the Al-Abbas's (p) fighting Squad stationed near the Al-Basheer Qasbah in the area of Taza, liberated the strategic hill of Tel Ahmed on Tuesday morning the 26th Jumada Ath-Thaniyah corresponding to the 5th of Aprile, 2016. These heroes have rised the Iraqi flag on this hill, which is one of the ruling sites in al-Basheer Qasbah, and cutting the last artery the supplied the terrorist groups in this region.
On the other hand, Maytham Al-Zaydi; the Squad Supervisor, has denied that the squad has made individually the attack decision, and indicated that the operation was carried out by the squad in record time without any losses -Praise to Allah- and leaving heavy losses in lives and equipment for the enemy.
At the conclusion he has recommended the responsible authorities to take seriously the Squad's statements, especially in regard with the defence of the homeland and the fate of the citizen.
