Preparations for the replacement of the flags of the shrines' domes of Imam Al-Hussayn and his brother Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him).

The General Secretariat of of the holy shrine of Al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them) announced ending all preparations of the rituals of flags' replacement of the two domes of of Imam Al-Hussayn and Al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them) from the red colour to the black to mark the beginning of sorrow season, in which the tragedy of At-Taf is recalled and commemorated, and the Hussayni flags are raised on top of houses, buildings and in the streets, and the condolences' processions take place in various cities.
