Within its humanitarian duty and in collaboration with the ninth Armored Division: The al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad opens al-Kafeel Center for the relief of the displaced people of Mosul.

Based on the guidance of the Supreme Religious Authority urging on the giving the attention to the displaced people who have fled from the oppression of the terrorist ISIL gangs, and whose number is increasing during these days with the increasing battles waged by the Squad. And within its humanitarian duty, the al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad has opened in collaboration with the ninth Infantry Division of the Iraqi Army, the al-Kafeel Center of the displaced relief.

The Supervisor of the Squad; Mr. Maitham al-Zaidi has stated: "This Center is opened near the city of Badush western Mosul in order to shelter the displaced people whose numbers began increasing with the increased pressure on the terrorist ISIL gangs that take then as human shields. As the knights of the Squad have proven their military valor, today they are proving their humanitarian side when dealing with their fellow brothers from the displaced. This Center is opened under the name "al-Kafeel Center" and it is their first station before sending them to the displaced camps established by the Iraqi government. The center has received since its opening more than a thousand displaced."

And he added: "The Center takes the responsibility of:

First, to facilitate the displaced traffic and securing their way from the battles' areas to the Center.

Second, Psychological treatment of the displaced and make them feel they are among their brothers who came to save them from the oppression of the terrorist ISIL gangs.

Third, to provide them with the urgent medical treatments through the medical detachment.

Fourth, to provide fast food meals to them and especially for the children, and which are offered by the host restaurant of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him).

Fifth, to make sure that there is no subduction of the ISIL gangs members among them.

Sixth, organizing them in groups to transport them to the shelter centers for the displaced."
