The al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine is preparing to celebrate the birth anniversary of Imam al-Hassan al-Mojtaba (peace be upon him).

Within the framework of the program prepared by the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine for the revival of the holy month of Ramadan is giving great interest to commemorate the birth anniversary of the master of the youth of the people of Paradise, Imam al-Hassan al-Mojtaba (peace be upon him), which coincides with the eve of the mid of the month of goodness and mercy, the month in which one of the five lights of the people of al-Kisa’ (peace be upon them) has shined to be a sign of the right.

The al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine celebrates like usual in reviving the occasions of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) the birth anniversary of Our Master Imam al-Hassan al-Mojtaba (peace be upon him), which birth has delighted the heart of the Holy Prophet (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household). Among the preparations of the shrine of his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) for the occasion, the following:

1 - Spreading the manifestations of joy and adornment inside and outside the holy shrine to reflect this joyful atmosphere reviving the occasion, making the visitors feel joy and pleasure.

2 - Decorating corridors of the holy shrine with signs that showed some virtues and qualities of the Imam (peace be upon him).

3 - Put the lights' leaflets in the entrances and exits of the holy shrine and in all parts of the sanctuary.

4 - Establishment of the annual festival of Karim Ahl al-Bayt; Imam al-Hassan al-Mojtaba (peace be upon him) in the city of Hilla on the fourteenth of the month of Ramadan that lasts for three days.

5 - Establishment of the festival of the birth anniversary of Imam al-Hassan Al-Mojtaba (peace be upon him), by the Division of Childhood and Youth of the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the Holy Shrine.

6 - Dedicate part of the broadcasting program of the al-Kafeel women radio to highlight this occasion.

7 - Printing and distributing special publications to revive this occasion.

8 - Prepare the holy sanctuary to welcome the visitors on this occasion.

It is noteworthy that the birth anniversary of Imam al-Hassan son of the Commander of the Faithful (p): Ali Ibn Abi Taleb (peace be upon them), was in the third year of migration on Tuesday night the eve of the mid of the holy month of Ramadan. Gabriel has descended from heaven on the Messenger of Allah (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household) telling him: "The Almighty is sending His peace and tells you call him Hassan."
