The recommendations of the Supreme Religious Authority to the fighters liberating Tal-A’far

The Supreme Religious Authority did not issue its Fatwa that protected Iraq and the Middle East when the Iraqis responded to it, but continued to advise and issue detailed instructions throughout the three years following the Fatwa, to bear fruit and avoid contaminating its victory with mistakes here or there.

We see the Supreme Religious Authority seize the opportunities to show the map of survival to the Mujahideen either in this world or in the Hereafter, by showing them how to avoid the words tendentious and haters.

Today, it is issuing a new set of instructions to its sons in the Iraqi armed forces and popular mobilization, on the occasion of the liberation of the last stronghold of Nineveh; city of Tal-A'far.

These recommendations stated in the second sermon of Friday prayer of the 2nd of Dhu al-Hijjah 1438 AH, corresponding to the August 25, 2017, held in the holy shrine of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) and led by Sheikh al-Karbala'i, as follows:

1- Caution from the ISIL enemy, and to not confide in the collapsed psychological state of some of its gangs.

2- Be keen to progress according to the military studied plans.

3- Trust in God and praying Him to grant His support and protection.

4- Preserve the lives of civilians stranded in residential neighborhoods and ensure they are not harmed.

5- Be very careful of the enemy's machinations to take innocents as human shields, and to exhaust all means by which they can be rid of them as soon as possible, and provide shelter and other necessities to them.

6- To maintain high coordination between the various ranks of the forces participating in the fighting and the full cooperation between them, which clear fruits was the rapid progress in achieving the set goals and the liberation of neighborhoods of the city of Tal-A'far in a few days.
