The continued physical and moral assistance of the military units by the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine.

As a continuation of its humanitarian campaign to support the Mujahideen stationed on the fighting fronts, the humanitarian aid campaign of the Committee of Guidance and Moral Support in the Religious Affairs Department was launched from the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine to Sinjar, Haweyja and Salah al-Din areas, all the way to the Syrian border.

The campaign lasted four days in a row and included all that the Mujahideen needed as much clothing and food as possible, in addition to moral support through lectures and answering the questions of the fighters.

Sheikh Haidar al-'Aredhi from the Religious Affairs Department and who was the head of the committee, stated: "This assistance aid continues, as we travelled from Karbala to the Iraqi-Syrian border, through Mosul and Sinjar to the Syrian border close to the Haskah city, in which we spent days visiting the largest possible number of formations of the fighters of the popular mobilization, delivering what they need of some materials in addition to the directives and jurisprudence guidance, conveying to them that greetings and prayers of his eminence the supreme religious authority Sayed Ali al-Sistani and the commandments sent to them, as well as conveying the greetings and prayers of his eminence of the Senior Official of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine; Sayed Ahmad al-Safi.”

He added: "We then visited the area of Sinjar because of the presence of the force of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her) from the people of Sinjar associated with the al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad, witnessing the situation experienced by the believers. Then we visited the area of Tal Afar in which a unit of the al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad is stationed, then we went to the Area of Baiji to visit the force military unit of Imam al-Hassan al-Mojtaba (peace be upon him) to identify and meet their needs as much as possible."

It is to note that this campaign also included the areas of Riyadh, Huwayja in which the brigade of Ali al-Akbar (peace be upon him) is stationed, to deliver the aid. The campaign was concluded by visiting the military unit located in the city of Salah al-Din, especially Samarra.
