The Preparatory Committee for the Holy Defense Fatwa Festival concludes the evaluation of the research participating in its research activity.

The Preparatory Committee for the Third Holy Defense Fatwa Festival, which will be launched on Friday under the slogan "The victory is from you, to you, for you and you deserve it", announced that the Scientific Committee for Research Evaluation have completed its evaluation of the research participating in its research forum organized within the festival activities. Stressing at the same time that the research are of high importance as linking between the academic and hawza orientations.

Adding: "The number of the received researches was 58 research from academic and Hawza specialists from inside and outside Iraq, all of which were evaluated by a specialized scientific committee accepting 28 research, while only five of them will be winning the award of the research competition."

It is to note that the Festival organized by the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine is held to commemorate the historic fatwa issued by the supreme religious authority in Najaf, which protected Iraq and its sanctities from the ISIL gangs, thanks to the quick answer of the Iraqis. The festival includes various activities and will last for two days.
