The al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine supports the Aal Mallal village and opens a health center in it.

In a humanitarian initiative to be added to its track record of these initiatives, the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine opened a health center in the village of Aal Malal in Dhi Qar province, located between Shatrah district on the north and Al-Nasr district, and it is one of the hundreds of villages that suffer from great government neglect and silence on its deteriorating humanitarian situation, and the population suffers from the hardships of living, lack of food and services, as well as the spread of diseases and epidemics. The village consists of about 30 houses with a population of 650 without a health center, and it is difficult to transport the patients to the neighboring health centers because they are far away and do not meet the medical and therapeutic needs.

This situation continued until their appeal reached the servants of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) to save them from the tragic situation they suffer from. To build a health center called the Health House in the Aal Mallal village, after providing the land for its construction, And the health center was built after that government authorities were unable to do it. And finally the residents of the village will enjoy its services after it was handed over to the Health Department of Dhi Qar for recruiting medical and nursing staff for it.

The al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has sent a delegation headed by the head of the Department of the Hussayni rituals and processions in the two holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them); Haj Riyadh Ni'mah al-Salman for opening and equipping it with furniture and other equipment, and who, in turn, stated to Al-Kafeel Network: "The construction of this health center came after appeals from the people of the region through the representatives of the department there, and once the Senior Official of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine; Sayed Ahmad al-Safi heard of this, he gave his orders to build this center and equip it with the necessary equipment and devices as well as an electricity generator".

"This health center, despite its small size, will contribute to the provision of important services and make the people of Aal-Malal live beyond this ordeal, which seemed to be an eternal problem for them, especially after they were unable to ask government agencies," he added.

The villagers expressed their great thanks and gratitude for this humanitarian step, which the government has been unable to provide for many years, hoping at the same time that what they requested will be implemented in the near future.

It is noteworthy that this humanitarian initiative was preceded by another initiative; the installation of an integrated water purification plant with adequate processing capacity for this village after they were previously using water that is not safe to drink, causing them many diseases.
